WHAT IS ALLURE & ALCHEMY?

Allure & Alchemy offers a unique mixology experience for parties & events in the Dallas and Fort Worth area. We provide customizable full bar services out of our beautiful vintage trailer, bar carts, tap cart or off of your venue bar. Our full bar service comes with your choice of BYOB or All Inclusive, a bar rental option, experienced mixologists, homemade ingredients and one of a kind craft cocktails. WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK?

As soon as possible! Our 2024 calendar is filling up quickly so if you have a date in mind scroll to the bottom of the page to access our Contact Form to start an inquiry.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, we carry full coverage insurance & all of our mixologists are TABC licensed. Unlike many bar staffing companies, our mixologists are employees and NOT contractors. This means that our mixologists are covered with liquor liability, general liability and workers compensation.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Allure & Alchemy is based out of Dallas, TX. We will travel for events to the surrounding area including Fort Worth, Plano, Arlington, Frisco, McKinney, Denton & more! Contact us today & see if you are in our travel area!

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DOES
ALLURE & ALCHEMY SERVE?

We love to turn any gathering into a party! Whether you are planning a wedding, bridal shower, birthday, baby shower, retirement party or corporate event, we promise to serve elevated cocktails that will make a lasting impression on all of your guests. Please note that we are not legally allowed to serve alcohol on public property without an approved event permit. If you have a question about a venue, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What is a BYOB Bar?

Client provides the alcohol and Allure & Alchemy provides the syrups, garnishes, juices, purees, mixers, ice, coolers, bar tools, cup, napkins, straws, glassware, mixologist staffing, bar rental and the exact breakdown of the alcohol you need to purchase. After the event, the client brings home any leftover alcohol.

What is a Cash Bar?

Allure & Alchemy provides the TABC permitting and all the alcohol needed for bar service. Guests purchased their own drinks at set prices. The client is responsible for staffing hours and a deposit. The client will receive a full deposit refund, if the minimum event sales are met. The Cash Bar Menu is fully customizable.

What is an All Inclusive Open Bar?

Allure & Alchemy provides the TABC permitting and everything needed for a full bar. The client pays a per guest price and selects their Liquor, Beer & Wine preferences from our menu. Guests may order unlimited drinks from the bar during the open bar service hours. After the event, Allure & Alchemy removes any leftover alcohol.

** Please note that we follow strict TABC serving guidelines and cannot serve guests that are intoxicated**

** We do not serve shots**

What is a Consumption Bar?

Client pre-purchases drink tickets based on the exact amount of drinks they would like to provide. Allure & Alchemy provides the TABC permitting and everything needed for the amount of tickets purchased.

The bar may be closed after tickets run out, or it can switch over to a cash bar.
